Investing in the next generation of myeloma therapies

Precision design: The dual-target mRNA breakthrough is your opportunity.

Preclinical assets with scalable returns

Advances in cancer immunotherapy over the past two decades have significantly extended patient survival. Future advances in cancer survival will continue to harness immune mechanisms with cures of common tumours in clear sight. Myellama Therapeutics is developing multi-specific anti-cancer immune therapeutics using its proprietary discovery and development platform. The platform leverages the natural simplicity of camelid antibody structure, enabling rapid, cost-effective development cycles. This translates into faster preclinical development and entry into clinical trials. The mRNA/LNP manufacturing techniques are simpler than those for protein antibodies. This simplicity reduces the product development risk and increases the potential return on investor capital. Our platform is well-suited to go beyond myeloma therapeutics and has the potential to change how many malignancies and autoimmune diseases are managed. This offers remarkable potential returns for human lives and your investment.

Our pipeline

The graph shows the progression of the product development starting with Myeloma aiming for 2027-8 first in human. next is CRC Adjuvant followed by SLE (lupus)

Early-stage investing with a proven team

Our current funding round will enable submission of a Health Canada Clinical Trial Application and a U.S. Food and Drug Administration Investigative New Drug Application. With these approvals, we will have clearance to proceed with first-in-human clinical trials, projected for 2028.
By investing in Myellama at this preclinical stage, you are investing in a high-scarcity asset (dual-targeting mRNA) just before clinical-stage asset revaluation, capturing a higher return. Our team has the experience to bring our technologies from concept to the clinic, with deep expertise in immunology, clinical medicine, therapeutic development, and regulatory affairs.

Our partners

Myellama is grateful for funding support from:
  • Ontario Institute for Cancer Research (OICR)
  • Intellectual Property Ontario (IPON)
  • National Research Council Industrial Assistance Program (IRAP)

Each of these programs scrutinizes funding candidates for commercial and scientific credibility.
